Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage health and safety records diligently, ensuring timely action and follow-up on any discrepancies or failures.
  • Participate in meetings, take minutes, and distribute pertinent information to ensure adherence to our organizational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee Health & Safety Compliance across all locations, offering robust support to the HSE Manager in fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Stay abreast of new legislations in health and safety, integrating such knowledge into our practices and procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule essential safety activities, including inspections, drills, and alarm tests, to mitigate risks and enhance safety.
  • Utilise your proficiency in the MS Office suite for effective document management and communication across departments.
  • Embrace a collaborative approach, working alongside team members to cultivate a culture of safety and compliance.
