James, Divisional Director for the West, shares the key aspects of his role that inspire him the most. He explains that as Divisional Director, “We have to be innovative on a daily basis, “whether it’s enhancing patient service, supporting surgeries, or leading the front-of-house team.” He attributes his success to always prioritising patients, with the most rewarding part being the opportunity to “witness a patient’s journey from their first consultation and follow them through the entire process.”
James takes pride in guiding patients through surgery suitability and being there every step of the way, right up to seeing the life-changing results on the other side. “The best part is hearing how their world has changed – that’s what motivates us to keep doing what we do,” he says. Across Exeter, Bristol, and Cardiff clinics, James and his team receive hundreds, if not thousands of thank-you cards each week, celebrating the positive impact they’ve had on patients’ lives.
He adds, “Every day brings new opportunities,” and he finds it especially rewarding to witness the incredible transformations his clinic provides, ultimately changing lives for the better.
