We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our thriving Marketing department. You will be creative, motivated and flexible and ideally possess experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and a passion for creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity. You will collaborate with various departments to develop engaging designs for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, presentations, and product packaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Conceptualise: Create eye-catching designs for marketing materials, social media, advertisements, product packaging, presentations, and web content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all media.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative projects to life, from initial concepts to final execution.
  • Research and Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to ensure fresh and relevant content.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as needed to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • File Management: Organise, maintain, and archive digital assets and files in a systematic manner.
  • Work on additional ad-hoc design briefs for a number of sub-brands within the Group including Harley Medical Group, sk:n, ACES, Larkhall Circuit, 200SVS, and the Moulsdale Foundation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency, corporate, or freelance setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with other design tools (Sketch, Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Creative Skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills in digital and print design.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics.
