Alex found himself at a career crossroads after 15 years as a contact lens optician. Eager to expand his skillset, he was contemplating enrolling in an optometry course. Alex’s advice to those considering joining Optical Express: “If you’re keen on a challenge and you want to do something new and something that you’re not going to be able to do elsewhere, then absolutely go for it. Speak to people who work for the company, get a little bit of background. Speak to patients to an extent as well, because I think the patient feedback is always really positive.”
